Volunteer Note Takers Needed!

Get involved with AccessAbility Services and make a difference.

The Note Taking program ensures that students with disabilities are able to access lecture material, which they may otherwise not have access to.  Students who require the services of a note taker may have difficulties taking notes due to a physical disability, vision or hearing loss, mental health, chronic health disabilities, a learning disability or ADHD.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a copy of your notes to AccessAbility Services within 24 hours of each lecture.
  •

  • Attend your classes regularly and take notes.
  •

Receive a letter and certificate of appreciation for your contribution.  For more information or to apply, please our website at www.utsc.utoronto.ca/ability, e-mail us at notetaking@utsc.utoronto.ca, call us at 416-208-2662 or visit us in SW302.
