C3 Group Session: Winter Survival

Chilly now, isn't it? As the temperature decreases, days get darker and the snow begins to fall, it'll be important to prepare yourself, both mentally and physically, for the Canadian winter.

This session will outline:
- How to dress and eat appropriately during the winter months
- Strategies for coping with the “Winter Blues” and stress management
- The many winter activities and places to visit (winter can be as fun as summer)

This session will be highly interactive (and of course fun); participants will engage in Canadian winter-related games. Pie and hot chocolate will be served!

Date: Wednesday, November 19, 2014
Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Location: IC-320 (third floor of Instructional Centre)
