Amorell Saunders N’Daw and Kimberley Tull personify the leadership qualities you come to expect from one of Canada’s top employers. It’s for that reason both were recently selected as Women Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Journal.

“I am honoured to be included in the Journal, especially when I know that there are so many deserving U of T colleagues who should also be recognized.  I hope my inclusion will be an inspiration to others,” says Saunders N’Daw.

The Women Worth Watching award identifies, promotes and supports women in leadership and the organizations that employ them. Each winner is featured with a unique profile and essay meant to inspire the next generation of women leaders.

“It’s a tremendous honour to be recognized in such amazing company,” says Tull. “There are few opportunities for women to be featured, supported and celebrated, especially women of diverse backgrounds. This award provides an opportunity for our stories to be told, celebrated and shared in hopes that it can inspire the next generation.”
