Presentation: Sowing the Seeds of Hope

UTSC is pleased to announce the 37th Watts Lecture presenting Dr. Jane Goodall.  Dr. Goodall is internationally applauded for her scientific studies of chimpanzees and her passionate defense of their natural habitats. She is a primatologist, conservationist, UN Messenger of Peace and founder of the Jane Goodall Institute.  

In addressing the UTSC community Dr. Goodall will bring the audience into the world of the Gombe chimpanzees by sharing her early observations and experiences as well as the latest news and stories from the field. She will also share information about the work of the Jane Goodall Institute, a global leader in the effort to protect chimpanzees and their habitats.

Book Signing

Dr. Goodall will be signing books in the Meeting Place following her presentation. Titles of her books may be purchased in advance at the UTSC Book Store and at the Meeting Place during the signing.
