Unplugged Hour


To celebrate World Mental Health Day, UTSC is hosting Unplugged Hour on October 10th, from 12-1pm. This is a tri-campus event where we take an hour away from screens and technology. Connect with a friend over lunch, try a drop in yoga class, or go for a walk around campus. Think about how your overall mood changes when you take a break and have some face-to-face time.
