Islam Awareness Week at UTSC

This year's Islam Awareness Week (I.A.W.) will explore issues of Muslim-Canadian Identity.

The Muslim Student Association at UTSC will be hosting a variety of displays, events and lectures around campus as part of this year’s annual Islam Awareness Week.

This year's theme of Islamic Identity aims at integrating Muslim Islamic heritage along with other identities. Questions like "What it means to be a Canadian Muslim?" will be explored. All I.A.W. events will be open to the entire student body and the public to promote equality and inclusiveness of all in order to build stronger communities.

This year's Islam Awareness Week is happening March 12-16 throughout the UTSC campus for the purpose of clarifying Muslim identity. Don't miss out!
