Participants in this fast-paced session learn effective tips for improving their exam scores. The strategies that will be presented are based in current research on how students can enhance their performance in high-pressure situations.

This workshop will include hands-on exercises that demonstrate specific ways to use writing to maximize the mind’s ability to operate at its best under stress.
