For More Information:

The Greek Students’ Association (GSA) at the University of Toronto Scarborough will be hosting its annual “Greek Day” celebrations on March 23 at 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Student Centre.

Greek Day at UTSC is an annual celebration in light of Greek Independence Day celebrated on March 25, which marks Greece’s liberation from the Ottoman Empire in 1821.

The Greek Students’ Association (GSA) is a student led group at UTSC with chapters at the St. George campus and U of T Mississauga. The GSA works to bring together students of Hellenic descent to celebrate their culture within the university experience.

Come and enjoy the tastes and sounds of Greece with delicious cuisine, live music and a performance by a traditional folk dancing group. The Honourable Consul General of Greece, Mr. Dimitris Azemopoulos, will also be a guest speaker at the event.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
