Event:  1st Annual Port Union Waterfront Festival

Councillor Ron Moeser and several local community groups are organizing the 1st Annual Port Union Waterfront Festival.  On this special day we will be celebrating our new waterfront park & trail system.

All members of the community are welcome to this event.  Activities include entertainment, music and children's events and activities, as well as a community BBQ. 

To help make this day successful, we are looking for volunteers!U of T Scarborough will be hosting a display booth to make sure to support our community and its developments.  This is your opportunity to help out and have fun with your neighbours and friends.

We will be looking for volunteers to assist with set up, activity monitoring, directing, attending at the U of T Scarborough Display and take down.  If you can help out with one or more of these responsibilities, we would love to hear from you.  Please contact Hilda Seedanee, Special Events & Outreach, U of T Scarborough, to sign up as a volunteer for the event. at you are unable to volunteer for the festival, feel free to come by and enjoy the waterfront and the activities.  Discover the enjoyment of your neighbourhood.
