Each dinner will feature a local chef and an international theme.  The chefs will share their experience and the culture of their cuisine.  A guest faculty member will also share insights from the perspective of his or her discipline - such as the historical, artistic, scientific or technological aspects of food and culture.

Come experience the rich flavours of world cuisine right here in our own backyard. Get the dish on great restaurants in our community. Learn how food influences our daily lives, culture and social evolution.

Ticket Info: A limited number of tickets will be on sale at Bluff’s restaurant beginning Wednesday, March 19, 2008. Tell a friend.
