DMG hosts Best Canadian Poetry launch


The DMG hosted the UTSC launch of The Best Canadian Poetry 2011 on Nov. 23.Among the anthology contributors was Daniel Tysdal, lecturer in creative writing in the deparment of English, who gave a reading at the launch.

Anthology editor and Griffin Poetry Prize nominee Priscila Uppal was also joined by contributors  Barry Dempster, Andrew Faulknerl. Uppal discussed the challenges she faced choosing the best poems and the poets read their work from the anthology, followed by a Q&A.
